With her winnings, the 28-year-old plans to buy a new car to replace one that has become too small. After that, she plans to keep on playing!
Sharing in her good fortune is Washingtonian Express at 1395 West Patrick Street in Frederick, where she bought the hot instant ticket. The shop receives a bonus of $500, equal to 1% of the prize, from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off.
Available for play since September of 2022, the game started with eight top prizes at the $50,000 level. Our Frederick player’s win reduces the number of unclaimed top prizes to two.
