An avid Keno fan from Annapolis placed a $10 bet with the Super Bonus option for two 10-spot games (for a total ticket price of $60) and brought home a $32,080 win.
“That was a nice surprise,” he said New Year’s Eve when he claimed his winnings at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
He was playing on Dec. 28 at Mike’s Bar ‘N’ Crabhouse at 3030 Old Riva Road in Riva when the numbers came up in his favor.
As for his plans for the money: “I’m going to put it in the bank and invest.”
And he says he’ll continue playing Keno on a regular basis because he enjoys the thrill.
The Lottery retailer who sold the winning ticket will receive $320.80 bonus, equal to 1% of the prize total.
