Baltimore resident Millicent Williams is the winner of the final trip to Hawaii in the JURASSIC PARK second-chance promotion.
Millicent Williams from Baltimore is heading to Hawaii, thanks to the JURASSIC PARK second-chance promotion from the Maryland Lottery.
Players who entered non-winning JURASSIC PARK scratch-offs into My Lottery Rewards between Sept. 19 and Jan. 6 were automatically entered into the promotion for a chance to win a trip to Hawaii with the chance to win up to $1 million.
While claiming her prize, Millicent told Lottery officials that it has been years since she took a big trip somewhere. Although she’s traveled a bit, she has never been to the Aloha State and she’s excited to see if Hawaii is just as wonderful as she’s heard from friends and neighbors.
This is the first big win for Millicent while playing the Lottery – a win made even sweeter by the family she will share it with. Within 10 minutes of the congratulatory call from the Lottery, she had phoned her daughter to share the news and start planning the exciting adventure they would be taking.
Millicent and her guest will join three other Maryland Lottery trip winners on a six-day, five-night trip to Hawaii. The other winners are James Dabney Jr. from Baltimore, Mithra Khoshroo from Potomac and John Hudson from Stevensville.
In addition to round trip air transportation and hotel accommodations in Oahu, Hawaii, each trip winner will receive $1,000 in spending money, a welcome reception and one tour or excursion from a variety of curated tours and activities in and around Oahu. While in Hawaii, trip winners will each have the opportunity to participate in the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE for a chance to win up to $1 million.
Although the final drawing took place earlier this week, there are still many instant prizes remaining on the JURASSIC PARK ticket including two top prizes of $50,000.
