A Bel Air woman’s favorite number is 26 since was born on the 26th day of a month. Naturally, she was expecting good things to happen in 2026. She was right. Only 15 days into the new year and she has won $1 million on the new 100X the Cash scratch-off.

Using the alias “Million Dollar Baby” for obvious reasons, she started her journey by winning $100 on a previous ticket. She decided to cash in her prize and buy more tickets.

The Harford County resident went to the 7-Eleven at 3901 Pulaski Highway in Abingdon for the transaction.

“Million Dollar Baby” asked the clerk which ticket he recommended. The clerk responded that the game 100X the Cash just went on sale on Jan. 9, so she got two of the $20 tickets.

“I don’t play that often,” explained “Million Dollar Baby.”

The scratch-off play area has 30 numbers, but she saw she had a winning number after scratching only the first row. She never dreamt the prize underneath the latex would make her a millionaire.

“I knew that I won something. Then I saw it was $1,000,000,” she said with excitement. “Thirty is my new lucky number.”

The medical worker plans on buying a new car and placing the rest in savings.

For selling the winner, the Harford County 7-Eleven receives a $1,000 bonus.

“Million Dollar Baby” is the first millionaire to claim a prize on the 100X the Cash game since it went on sale less than a week ago. There are still six unclaimed prizes of $1 million each, as well as all $50,000 prizes and tens of thousands of wins ranging from $20 to $10,000.
