Happy Player Goes Numb with Excitement After Top-Prize Win

Anne Arundel County man wins $100,000 prize on Snow Globe 7s scratch-off

The lucky Annapolis resident described himself as a casual Lottery player, trying his luck about once every other week and spending only small amounts when doing so. He went numb with excitement after nabbing a $100,000 top prize on a Snow Globe 7s scratch-off.

The Anne Arundel County man found his winning instant ticket at Waterbury Liquors located at 1021 Generals Highway in Crownsville. A random selection of two $10 Snow Globe 7s scratch-offs granted him his biggest Lottery prize ever. The player reports being a very calm and laid-back person, which is why his excitement over his big win resulted in feeling numb as opposed to giving an exuberant shout.

He plans to pay off bills and debt with his winnings. When he’s not working or playing Lottery games, the happy player enjoys watching sports.

Snow Globe 7s scratch-offs went on sale in October with nine $100,000 top prizes. There are still five top prizes remaining along with 12 $10,000 prizes and others ranging from $10 to $1,000.

His lucky Lottery retailer, Waterbury Liquors, is also a winner. The Anne Arundel County retailer will collect a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling a $100,000 top-prize winning scratch-off.
