Harford County Retailer Sells Top-Prize Winning Bonus Match 5 Ticket

Player scores $50,062 in Oct. 20 drawing

Lottery luck is flowing for Bonus Match 5 players this week, as a second ticket in two days won the top prize in the daily game.

Carsins Run Store at 3501 Churchville Road just west of Aberdeen sold the ticket that came up as a $50,062 winner in Thursday’s drawing. The player won the top prize plus additional cash from other lines on the ticket. The lucky numbers to match in the Oct. 20 drawing were 8, 10, 17, 21 and 22; the Bonus Ball was 2.

This is the 41st top-prize winning Bonus Match 5 ticket sold in 2022. Tobacco Stop at 7110 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie sold the ticket that won the top prize in the Wednesday, Oct. 19, drawing. Lottery retailers that sell a $50,000 top-prize winning ticket also benefit by receiving a $500 bonus, equal to 1% of the prize, from the Lottery.

Lottery officials urge all winners to sign the backs of their tickets and put them in a safe place. The player has 182 days to claim the prize.
