As always, the anonymous winner scratched off the instant ticket in the store and was shocked to see, on the bottom row, a 100X symbol over a $10,000 prize. No one picked up on his big win and he quickly grabbed his purchased beer and scratch-off and left the busy Baltimore County establishment.
A restaurant and construction worker, the winner plans to put the life-changing funds into the bank and then decide what to do with his prize. He may plan a trip to visit his mother, who lives in Central America.
