X The Cash family of games offers exciting second-chance promotion
The Maryland Lottery is ready for players to multiple their cash by 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 times! Five scratch-offs — 5X The Cash, 10X The Cash, 20X The Cash, 50X The Cash and 100X The Cash — go on sale today, Jan. 22. This family of games includes the 200X The Cash scratch-off, which went on sale in December.
All five games going on sale today require players to match any of “Your Numbers” to one or more of the “Winning Numbers” to win the prize shown for that number.
The 5X The Cash scratch-off is a $1 game that provides players six chances to win a prize. Reveal a 5X symbol and win five times the prize shown. The top prize is $1,000.
The $2 10X The Cash instant ticket has a top prize of $10,000. Reveal a 5X or 10X symbol to multiply the prize shown. There are 10 chances to win.
20X The Cash is a $5 game with a $50,000 top prize that provides players 15 chances to win a prize. Reveal a 5X, 10X or 20X symbol to multiply the prize shown.
The $10 50X The Cash scratch-off provides players 25 chances to win prizes up to the top prize of $100,000. Reveal a 5X, 10X, 20X or 50X multiplier to boost the prize shown.
100X The Cash is a $20 game with a top prize of $1,000,000 and 30 chances to win any prize. Reveal a 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X or 100X symbol to multiply the prize shown.
Players can win instantly or try to win prizes of $50,000 and $75,000 through the X The Cash family of games second-chance promotion, which includes the 200X the Cash scratch-off. Starting today, players may enter non-winning X the Cash instant tickets into their My Lottery Rewards accounts to qualify for the promotion.
The number of entries per ticket is determined by the price point ($1 5X The Cash = one entry, $2 10X The Cash = two entries, etc.). Entries are cumulative and carry over after each drawing unless selected as a winner. The deadline to enter each drawing is midnight the night before the drawing.
The five drawings, which are scheduled five weeks apart, run Feb. 27 through July 16. The prize is $50,000 in the first four drawings and $75,000 in the final drawing. Visit the Lottery Promotions page on mdlottery.com for details.
