Anne Arundel County resident wins top prize on FAST PLAY Towering 10s game.
A Glen Burnie man is $100,000 richer after winning the top prize on a FAST PLAY Towering 10s ticket. He describes himself as an occasional player.
“I play when I have the urge,” he told Lottery officials. The 37-year-old does not have a favorite game and purchases random scratch-offs and FAST PLAY tickets. “When I walk into a store, I will buy a game that I see. There is no method to my madness,” said the happy winner.
The Anne Arundel County resident is a retired government worker. He said he is still contemplating his plans for his prize. “I think I might save it,” he said.
Royal Farms #022 on 200 Oak Manor Drive in Glen Burnie also wins. The Anne Arundel County Store earns a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning FAST PLAY ticket of $100,000 or more.
The $10 Towering 10s game went on sale July 4, 2022 with 30 top prizes of $100,000, 20 prizes of $50,000 and 30 prizes each worth $20,000 and $10,000. Still unclaimed are three prizes of $100,000; two prizes of $50,000; two prizes of $20,000 and three prizes of $10,000.
