Parkville Woman Claims $50,000 Top Prize on Gold Bar Bingo Scratch-Off

A Parkville woman, who seldom plays the Lottery, made one of the best decisions of her life when she recently decided to buy three random scratch-offs. One of them was a $5 Gold Bar Bingo ticket and it happened to be a $50,000 top-prize winner.

The tickets were purchased at the Giant supermarket at 7709 Harford Rd. in Parkville. She scanned the tickets while in the store and was a bit confused by the, “See Lottery” message on the screen. When she got to her car and scratched the ticket, she realized she won big. She was able to match four on one of the cards for the corresponding $50,000 prize.

Although very excited about her win, she hasn’t made any plans as of yet. The lucky lady has worked in the medical field for 30 years. When she’s not working, she enjoys doing work around the house and hanging out with friends.

Giant will collect $500 as the retailer that sold a top prize-winning ticket worth $50,000.

Gold Bar Bingo launched in July beginning with eight $50,000 top-prizes. After this win there are still five remaining.
