$20,000 Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Baltimore; Jackpot at $480M

No one has matched all six numbers to hit the Mega Millions jackpot since March, but Maryland players continue to win big prizes, with a $20,000 winning Mega Millions sold in Baltimore for last night’s drawing being the latest.

The winning numbers for the June 23 Mega Millions drawing are: 48, 51, 60, 63, and 66, with a Mega Ball of 20.

The winner matched four of the first five balls drawn, as well as the Mega Ball. The base prize is $10,000, but the winning ticket had an automatic X2 multiplier, increasing the big win to $20,000.

The third-tier winner was purchased at the 7-Eleven store at 38 South Paca Street in Baltimore City.

This is the sixth $20,000 third-tier winner sold in Maryland on Mega Millions this month.

The jackpot has been rolling since it was last hit on March 10. Friday night’s jackpot is at an estimated annuity value of $489 million with an estimated cash option of $220.9 million.

Winners are encouraged to sign the backs of tickets and keep winning tickets in a safe location. Tickets for draw games expire 182 days after the drawing. The last date to claim scratch-offs is listed on the game’s tile on the scratch-off page.

Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail.
