The Maryland Lottery has moved mobile ticket checking function for all scratch-off games to the My Lottery Rewards app, which is available for iPhones and Android phones.

After registering for an account signing in to My Lottery Rewards, the app will allow Maryland Lottery players to check the result of all types of tickets — scratch-offs, draw game tickets, monitor games and FAST PLAY tickets.
All tickets can also be checked using the ticket checking devices available at any Maryland Lottery retailer.
The Maryland Lottery app no longer allows scratch-off ticket checking, but it remains available for checking draw game, monitor game or FAST PLAY tickets, viewing winning numbers, creating ePlayslips, locating retailers and finding up-to-date information on scratch-off and FAST PLAY games.
Questions and Answers About Scratch-Off Ticket Checking
Having players register for an account and sign in before checking scratch-offs is a security best practice for lotteries and their players. Numerous other state lotteries across the country have already taken this step.
Registering for My Lottery Rewards requires your name, address, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. The information is used to verify your age because registering for My Lottery Rewards and playing Lottery games both require you to be at least 18 years old.
If you prefer not to register for My Lottery Rewards, you can still check your tickets using the ticket checking devices available at all Maryland Lottery retailers. If you have a question about the result of a ticket, please feel free to email a photo of it to us at [email protected]. We’ll be glad to take a look at your ticket and let you know what we find.
No. Online lottery sales are prohibited by state law and are not possible without authorization by the Maryland General Assembly. A number of other states offer sales and cashing through their mobile apps, and we’re observing their results. If the Maryland Lottery offers those options in the future, players would need to register for accounts to participate. While individual tickets cannot be purchased online, subscriptions for Mega Millions, Multi-Match and Powerball are available through My Lottery Rewards, without visiting a retailer. In addition to checking your tickets, the My Lottery Rewards app has a separate scanning and entering function that allows you to complete achievements, earn points, and enter our second-chance and Points For Drawings promotions. Yes. ePlayslips are listed in the main menu of the Rewards app. Tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen). Tap the Help link in the main menu to access the Find A Retailer function.

About My Lottery Rewards
My Lottery Rewards is the Maryland Lottery’s player loyalty program. If you’re not already a Rewards member, you can register for free, and in addition to checking tickets, you’ll be able to enter tickets into the Lottery’s numerous Second-Chance and Points for Drawings promotions. The Rewards program also allows members to accumulate points that can be redeemed for prizes or used to enter additional prize drawings.
