Hanover Man Going House Hunting After $50,000 Lottery Win

Finds second-tier prize playing Money Drop scratch-off

“Charles” of Hanover is still excited over the Lottery luck he experienced after playing a Money Drop scratch-off that he bought at an Anne Arundel County business. He won a $50,000 second-tier prize in the $10 game, which arrived in stores in December.

The Anne Arundel County resident was visiting The Place, located at 8318 Telegraph Road in Odenton, when he bought the instant ticket. He found his fortune hiding in the first block of the first row of the play area. “Charles” revealed a vault symbol and the words “win all.” When he tallied up all of the prizes in the game’s play area, his score totaled $50,000. The happy winner said he plans use the prize money to help him buy a house.

The Money Drop game is still loaded with prizes, including seven unclaimed $100,000 top prizes, eight more $50,000 prizes and 46 $10,000 prizes. Players can also win prizes of $10 to $1,000 in this popular game.
