Four drawings through Jan. 2 also offer prizes of $100,000 and $50,000
The Maryland Lottery is officially celebrating the season with the launch of the new Holiday Raffle.
A maximum of 325,000 Holiday Raffle tickets are available for purchase from now through Jan. 1, 2026, or until all 325,000 have been sold. And one of those tickets will win a $1 million prize.
You can buy your Holiday Raffle tickets from clerk-operated terminals or self-service vending machines at all Maryland Lottery retailers. Tickets are $20, and there are no numbers to choose. Each ticket will be sequentially numbered in the order it was sold, starting with Ticket 000001, with the number printed on the ticket.
The Lottery will hold four Holiday Raffle drawings on Nov. 24, Dec. 8, Dec. 22 and Jan. 2. The first three drawings will each award one Early Bird prize of $50,000.
And then, on Jan. 2, someone will get 2026 started in style, as we’ll draw one winning number for a $1 million top prize. The Jan. 2 drawing will also include 10 second-tier prizes of $100,000 each, as well as 10,000 additional prizes:
- 1,000 winners of $500
- 3,000 winners of $100
- 6,000 winners of $50
The winning tickets in the Nov. 24 and Dec. 8 Early Bird drawings are not eligible to win additional Early Bird prizes. But every ticket sold for the raffle — including the three Early Bird winners — will be eligible to win any of the prizes in the final drawing on Jan. 2.
