FAST PLAY fan wins $248,208 progressive jackpot
A Baltimore woman explained to Lottery officials that her once-favorite FAST PLAY game, Mega Multiplier, has been letting her down recently so she decided to try the Casino Royale Slots game last Sunday. It was a decision that would win her nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
“Mega Multiplier has been very lucky for me,” the professional caregiver said, noting that it provided “lots of wins, even big ones.” Although those prizes slowed down recently, she still tried her luck with the $10 FAST PLAY ticket last weekend. “I didn’t want to give up on it, you know?” Unfortunately, that ticket failed to give her a win.
The FAST PLAY fan then had second thoughts as she was exiting Hunt Valley Exxon in Cockeysville. “I stopped and turned back to the vending machine and looked for one more ticket to play.” Searching for another $10 FAST PLAY ticket, her eyes were drawn to the progressive jackpot game, Casino Royale Slots. She chose well.
Upon scanning her ticket, she saw an unfamiliar message appear on the display. “I assumed that it meant I’d won a good prize, but I never thought it would be the top prize.” Casino Royale Slots had a progressive jackpot, one that grew whenever a ticket that wasn’t a top winner was purchased. That progressive jackpot was up to $248,208, something the lucky Baltimore woman would find out when she got home.
