Wins $38,121.90 playing his go-to Lottery game
An anonymous Racetrax player who goes by the nickname “T” has hit it big once again! After more than 30 years of playing Lottery games, the Prince George’s County resident secured the second major Racetrax win of his life.
He won $38,121.90 on a 10-cent Superfecta Box bet with the Bonus option. While at Upper Marlboro’s Xtra Fuels, he bet that horses 1, 10, 11 and 12 would cross the finish line together, in any order, in one of 20 races. They did so in the first race, which had a 3X Bonus that tripled his prize.
“Racetrax has always been my favorite game,” said “T” after claiming his windfall at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. “This win just proves why it’s my go-to game.”
The Racetrax enthusiast discovered his Lottery luck while checking his tickets on the My Lottery Rewards app. He recalled staying calm, confident that this was simply his moment. “I played it pretty cool,” “T” said. “I feel like it was just my turn to win.”
A resident of the Greater Upper Marlboro area, “T” plans to use his prize for a down payment on a house. As for his future with the Lottery? “T” says he has no intention of stopping his Racetrax fun anytime soon. “Now that I’ve won again, I hope to keep playing. I have a feeling I’ll win again.”
Also a winner is his Prince George’s County Lottery retailer. Xtra Fuels located at 15009 Marlboro Pike in Upper Marlboro earns a $381.21 Lottery bonus for selling a winning Racetrax ticket of $10,000 or more. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
