The Week in Winners: Lottery Delivers Big Wins in Baltimore, Berlin, Bethesda and Westminster

Players across Maryland won more than $29.4 million during week ending March 13.

Maryland Lottery players in Baltimore, Berlin, Bethesda and Westminster landed prizes of $50,000 or more in the past week.

The two biggest wins were a $150,000 third-tier Powerball prize in Bethesda and a single ticket with the same Bonus Match 5 combination played three times for another $150,000 win sold in Westminster. Meanwhile, a Pick 5 player in Baltimore and a Powerball player in Berlin each won $50,000 prizes.

In all, 26 players across the state won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more, and the Lottery paid more than $29.4 million in prizes in the seven days ending March 13.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
