The Week in Winners: Riverdale Scratch-off Player $100,000 Richer Thanks to Lottery Win

Players across Maryland won more than $30.2 million during week ending March 21

A Maryland Lottery scratch-off player from Riverdale is $100,000 richer after claiming a big prize March 14, and a player in Perry Hall bought a FAST PLAY ticket March 19 that is worth $67,866.

In addition, players in Boonsboro, Elkton, Glen Burnie, Middle River, and Parkville scored $50,000 wins on a variety of games.

In all, 30 players across the state won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more, and the Lottery paid more than $30.2 million in prizes in the seven days ending March 21.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
