A Baltimore County woman literally followed her dreams and, after years of playing the Lottery, ended up with what she’d been hoping for all along: a big win. After seeing a set of numbers in a dream, she played the combination as a $1 straight bet on a Pick 5 ticket and came away with a $50,000 prize.
The lottery dreamer visited the 7-Eleven at 16956 York Road in Hereford on Nov. 16, a Sunday, and played the combination 92327 straight for the next day’s midday and evening drawings. It was the midday pick that added $50,000 to her income for the year, and she realized it while she was at work that Monday.
She kept her cool, not wanting to draw attention to herself. She called a close friend to share the great news. Her only plans for winnings are to use a portion to square up her finances.
The 7-Eleven will collect a $500 bonus as the retailer that sold a winning Pick 5 ticket worth $50,000.
