The multi-state game Cash4Life is being retired, with its final drawing scheduled for Feb. 21, 2026. Cash4Life tickets will no longer be available after 8:45 p.m. on that date. Cash4Life is being discontinued and is merging with a similar game called Lucky For Life. The new game, called Millionaire For Life, will not be available for sale in Maryland.
After the drawing on Feb. 7, the number of advance drawings of Cash4Life available for purchase will decrease by one each day until the final drawing on Feb. 21. A schedule of the stepdown in the availability of advance drawings is below.
Any winning Cash4Life ticket can be redeemed for up to 182 days from the drawing date when a prize was won.
Initially launched in 2014 in New York and New Jersey, Cash4Life expanded to a total of 10 states. Maryland joined the game in January 2016. Cash4Life drawings were originally held Monday and Thursday nights before the game shifted to nightly drawings on July 1, 2019. Cash4Life tickets are $2 and the game offers prizes ranging from $2 to a top prize of $1,000 a day for life.
