Montgomery County player claims top prize on scratch-off
A 59-year-old Silver Spring resident is our first $100,000 top-prize winner in the $1,000 Loaded scratch-off game. After buying an instant ticket at her local Giant grocery, the Montgomery County player scratched off the game and revealed an instant-win symbol.
The $10 scratch-off is part of the Loaded family of scratch-offs, which are packed with cash prizes. Choose from five scratch-offs: $50 Loaded, $100 Loaded, $500 Loaded, $1,000 Loaded and $5,000 Loaded with top prizes ranging from $1,000 to $1 million.
