Weekend Drawings Bring $50,000 Wins in Powerball Double Play, Bonus Match 5

Check your Powerball Double Play and Bonus Match 5 tickets from the weekend drawings, Maryland! Lottery retailers in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties sold two $50,000-winning tickets in these two games in the April 9 and April 10 drawings.

EZ Quick Food Market at 231 Mountain Road in Pasadena sold the $50,000 winning Powerball Double Play ticket in the Saturday, April 9 drawing. Check your ticket to see if it matches the winning numbers on four of the white balls plus the Powerball. The Double Play winning numbers from April 9 were 3, 5, 35, 48 and 67; the Powerball was 5.

Silver Hill Exxon at 5921 Marlboro Pike in District Heights sold a $50,000 winning Bonus Match 5 ticket in the Sunday, April 10 drawing. The winning numbers were 1, 4, 7, 11 and 29; the Bonus Ball was 19. For selling the top-prize winning ticket, the Prince George’s County retailer will earn a $500 bonus from the Lottery.

Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the backs of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe location. They get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore.
