An anonymous Baltimore woman arrived in the Maryland Lottery Winner’s Circle this week with a big smile after claiming her $50,000 Pick 5 prize!
The 52-year-old placed a $1 straight bet in the Saturday, April 16 midday and evening drawings with the numbers of 2, 2, 1, 2 and 5. She won that night!
She bought her winning ticket during the Lottery’s Spring Fling Promotion, which runs through May 1. Play any draw game for a chance to win a free FAST PLAY ticket. Once you purchase your ticket, look for a “Congratulations” message on the top of the ticket. If you’re a winner, your free FAST PLAY ticket will print automatically from the terminal or self-serve Lottery vending machine. The lucky retailer, Speedy Mart located at 1697 North Forest Park Avenue in Gwynn Oak, will also benefit from her lucky purchase. The Baltimore County retailer receives a $500 bonus from the Lottery for selling the $50,000 winning ticket.
