Bel Air’s “Lucky Lady” in Shock over Second $100,000 Lottery Fortune

This “Lucky Lady” couldn’t believe her eyes when she won a second $100,000 top prize on the 50X the Cash game.

Claims a double top-prize win on 50X the Cash scratch-off

A happily shocked Bel Air woman who adopted the nickname “Lucky Lady” is celebrating a rare feat. She just won her second $100,000 top prize on a 50X the Cash scratch-off!

The “Lucky Lady” purchased her winning game at the Exxon station located at 600 West Macphail Road in Bel Air, which is the same place she bought her previous top-prize winner.

The 69-year-old realized her lucky fate later that evening while scratching off her $10 instant ticket. “I couldn’t believe it,” she said, “I was happy and in shock.” After a few seconds of scratching, “Lucky Lady” saw she had matched the number 30 to win her second $100,000 prize in the game. “I’m going to have a good time,” she said.

“Lucky Lady’s” favorite hobbies include shopping and dining. The Harford County resident also enjoys traveling, although the COVID-19 pandemic has limited that hobby. Because of the pandemic, she and her husband of 45 years plan to keep their travels limited to trips to the Eastern shore to visit their son.

Also sharing in the fun of the win is her lucky Lottery retailer. Macphail Exxon will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off of $100,000 or more.

The 50X The Cash instant ticket went on sale in January along with a family of multiplier games. Although this was the final top-prize winner for this instant ticket, there are plenty of top prizes remaining on the other Multiplier games including the 5X The Cash, 10X The Cash and 20X The Cash scratch-offs.
