Bonus Match 5 Tickets Sold in Bowie Bring $100,000 Payday

Someone’s weekend is off to great start after two Bonus Match 5 tickets sold back-to-back in Bowie matched the first five numbers drawn last night for two $50,000 wins, totaling $100,000.

The winning numbers for the Thursday, June 11, drawing are: 25, 27, 37, 38 and 39. The Bonus Ball number is 12.

T&T Liquors at 13801 Annapolis Road in Bowie sold the two top-tier prize-winner. For selling the winning tickets, the Prince George’s County retailer picks up a 1% bonus totaling $1,000.

Bonus Match 5 drawings are held seven evenings a week. Tickets are available for as little as $1 for a single play, with discounts available for purchasing multiple plays on a single ticket slip. Each play is made by selecting five numbers from a range of 1 to 39. Five winning numbers are drawn, and then a Bonus Ball number is drawn from the remaining 34 numbers. Players who match the five winning numbers win the game’s $50,000 top prize. There are prizes ranging from $2 to $600 for having at least two of the winning numbers and the Bonus Ball, or having at least three of the winning numbers.

Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail.
