Parkville Man Claims First $50,000 X the Cash Second-Chance Prize

My Lottery Rewards fan Bill Presley of Parkville and his wife have yet to make plans for his X the Cash second-chance promotion $50,000 prize.

Bill Presley, a longtime My Lottery Rewards member, collected a $50,000 prize from the first X the Cash second-chance promotion drawing.

The Parkville resident was selected from more than 5.7 million entries in the Feb. 17 drawing. He claimed his prize on March 11.

“He’s retired. It’s like a hobby for him, I guess,” his wife said after claiming. The prize came as something of a surprise to the low-key couple, as Bill’s previous personal best win was $290.

As for his plan for the windfall, Bill said, “I didn’t think about it yet.”

He does, however, plan to continue playing.

There are five drawings throughout the X the Cash promotion with each of the first four being for a $50,000 prize and the fifth one being for a $75,000 prize.

Players can take part in the promotion by entering any non-winning scratch-off from the X the Cash family of games into their My Lottery Rewards account. The number of entries per ticket depends on the ticket cost of the X the Cash scratch-off entered. The next deadline for entries is March 22, with the drawing taking place the following day.

The X the Cash family of games launched on Jan. 9 and offers players a way to multiply their winnings on each of the tickets. The series features scratch-offs with price points from $1 to $30 and top prizes up to $2 million.
