A lucky Queen Anne’s County man who plays Maryland Lottery games regularly will not soon forget his extraordinary Bonus Match 5 payday. The Millington man scored a $50,000 top-prize win with a quick-pick ticket in the May 20 drawing.

He found his lucky ticket at Outpost 544 located at 1921 Dudley Corner Road in Millington. When asked how he felt about his Lottery luck, the winner replied, “It’s all right, I just like playing for fun.” The 62-year-old said he has no plans for his prize except to deposit it.

He won the 22^nd of 24 Bonus Match 5 top prizes awarded in 2021.
