A player from Montgomery County is a little happier today winning $50,000 from last night’s Powerball drawing. Check your tickets if you made a purchase at the Giant Food store at 8500 Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase.
The winning numbers for the Feb. 9 Powerball drawing are: 6, 19, 22, 28, 48 and a Powerball of 24.
The third-tier winning ticket matched four of the first five numbers drawn as well as the Powerball for the $50,000 prize.
Tomorrow night’s Powerball jackpot is at an estimated annuity value of $126 million with an estimated cash option of $57.8 million.
