The lucky winner found his top-prize winning scratch-off at High’s #010 located at 1001 Twin Arch Road in Mt. Airy. The convenience store also shares in the fun. The Carroll County business will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning $100,000 scratch-off.
