The Week in Winners: Baltimore Winner Becomes a Scratch-Off Millionaire; FAST PLAY Ticket Yields $229,680

Statewide prizes total more than $33.8 million as 24 tickets deliver $10,000 or more each

A Maryland Lottery scratch-off ticket sold in Baltimore resulted in a new millionaire, while a FAST PLAY ticket sold in Annapolis awarded a $229,680 progressive jackpot prize, and a scratch-off ticket sold in Gaithersburg produced a $100,000 win.

In all, 24 Maryland Lottery tickets worth $10,000 or more were purchased or claimed in the week ending April 28, and players won prizes totaling more than $33.8 million in that span.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
