Saturday Drawings Create $2 Million, $100,000 & $50,000 Winners

Trio of big winning tickets bought in Baltimore, Bel Air, Germantown

Maryland Powerball and Bonus Match 5 players enjoyed a supersonic Saturday night! The July 24 drawings created a trio of high-level winners from Baltimore, Harford and Montgomery counties.

The lucky players won $2 million and $100,000 on Powerball tickets with the Power Play multiplier feature and $50,000 on a Bonus Match 5 ticket. Check your tickets carefully if you bought them at these retailers:

  • Powerball$2 million prize: 7-Eleven #39789, 12301 Middlebrook Road, Germantown (Montgomery County).
  • Powerball$100,000 prize: Redner’s Warehouse Markets #54, 2126 North Fountain Green Road, Bel Air (Harford County).
  • Bonus Match 5 $50,000 top prize: Ben’s Edgemere Liquors, 7000 North Point Road, Baltimore (Baltimore County).

The winning Powerball numbers to match are 1, 4, 11, 59 and 67; the Powerball was 10 and the Power Play multiplier was 2x. This is the third second-tier winning Powerball ticket and the 34th third-tier winning ticket sold in Maryland in 2021.

The winning Bonus Match 5 numbers to match are 10, 16, 30, 32 and 35; the Bonus Ball was 27. This is the 28th top-prize winning ticket sold in the game in 2021.

Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe location until time to claim their prize. Winners get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim prizes.

The big winners can claim the prize by mail, in person by appointment or by dropping off the completed claim form and winning ticket at Maryland Lottery headquarters, 1800 Washington Blvd., Baltimore. Winners of smaller prizes can claim them by mail, at Lottery retailers, at casinos or by appointment at Lottery headquarters. For selling these winning tickets, 7-Eleven #39789 earns a $5,000 bonus from the Lottery and Ben’s Edgemere Liquors receives a $500 bonus.
