Maryland Lottery players won nearly $34.1 million during week ending May 21

Three scratch-off players, one each in Beltsville, Essex and Glen Burnie, claimed $100,000 Maryland Lottery prizes in the week ending May 21, topping a list of big winners across the state.

In all, 33 winning Maryland Lottery tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or redeemed in the seven days ending May 21. The Lottery paid nearly $34.1 million during that span.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
